1. Product information
All products appear unused and have only been stored and kept on display in glass cabinets. As the items are between 20 and 30 years old, there may be minimal changes in colours and materials over time. This is not considered a defect. Shop and price labels have generally been removed. As a rule there is only 1 of each item (does not apply to Diddl papers and bags).
2. Shipping
We send all orders as parcels. Shipping is calculated automatically from the total weight of your order and your delivery country. We include packaging weight as follows: Items up to 900 grams = 100 grams packaging Items up to 2850 grams = 150 grams packaging Items up to 4750 grams = 250 grams packaging Items up to 9500 grams = 500 grams packaging We ship with GLS and DAO in Denmark and with DAO in the EU. You choose the shipping method at checkout, where the price is shown before you order.
3. Returns
Diddlland does not accept returns of sold products, as they are considered bought as seen.
4. Privacy
When you buy an item we collect your name, address and email address as part of the purchase process. The data is used solely to complete your order.
